John Murtha is no stranger to "Cut & Run" the cowards way out. He has partaken from that poisoned well on other occasions with disastrous results.

Some say and with a great deal of sincerity that John Murtha is a great warrior with a exemplary service record. But others say the credibility of John Murtha is in question and perhaps his statements concerning Iraq are a tad disingenuous and dangerous to the American troops.

In 1993 after American troops were attacked by terrorists in Mogadishu, Somalia , John Murtha urged President Clinton to begin a complete pullout of American troops from that region. Clinton cut and ran after 18 Rangers were killed and dragged through the streets of Mogadishu.

In 1998 Osama bin Laden in an interview with ABC said "Our people realized more than before that the American soldier is a paper tiger that runs in defeat after a few blows." This comment was made in reference to Mogadishu. Let it be known that it is not the American soldier that cuts and runs....but more exactly it is spineless politicians like John Murtha and Bill Clinton that do.

What does it profit John Murtha to return to that well of defeat one more time and drink of its poisoned water and risk the lives of more American soldiers?
